Dr. Michelle Beth Hicks received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Religious Studies at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  

She did her Post Baccalaureate Pre-Med at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.  She became a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona in 2008.
 
She did her Emergency Medicine Residency at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
 
She is certified in medical aesthetics by the Aesthetics Institute in 2010 as well as by certified by Cutera Corporation XEO laser.
 
She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a membe of of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Hicks is passionate about keeping up to date on the latest cosmetic procedures and attends at least one educational activity each quarter. She has been a part of several physician trainings on Allergan's Botulinum Toxin (Botox) and Facial Filler Training Programs (Juvederm). She is also trained on Restylane and Radiesse with hundreds of injections and new off label techniques.  She served and has been mentored under Dr. Anthony Ghidorzi a prominent physician in medical aesthetics since 1999 for nearly two years.

Andrea Evans, Certified Nurse

Andrea Evans is a registered nurse certified in medical aesthetics. Andrea trained and was mentored by Dr. Ghidorzi at a previous employer. She has joined the Avanti team to offer her services for Botox, Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse. Andrea completed her nursing degree at Saint Xavier University and is a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society Presidential Scholar Recipient.

Andrea has a gentle touch and a warm personality. If you are new to dermal fillers, come and see Andrea so she can make your more comfortable with the whole process.
